Every time you book a game or engage in our services at any of our locations, you’re agreeing to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Furthermore, each player participating in our games must accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy through one of our game terminals during the check-in process at our locations, while setting up their player profile, and before the commencement of any game. Our Privacy Policy also extends to your interactions with our website, terminals, displays, and any other technological assets we provide (“our Technology”), as well as your use of our physical venues and facilities.

Understanding Our Agreement: Before you finalize your booking with us or start your game, it’s crucial you understand the contents of these Terms. They outline our identity, how we will deliver services to you, how both parties can modify or terminate the contract, steps to take if issues arise, among other critical details. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing our website, entering our premises, or utilizing any of our facilities, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must refrain from using our website, visiting our premises, or utilizing any of our facilities.

At BALLERZ, operated by Project Goals Limited, we value your presence and want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. To maintain this environment, it is imperative that you adhere to the policies and procedures in place during your time at our premises. These include our Code of Conduct, Playing Rules, and League Rules, which are designed to promote fairness, safety, and respect for everyone.

Ballerz will always try to show any major football and sporting events. At times, we don’t always have the correct dates due to qualifying rounds and other limitations. This means that the Pitch programme of events may have to amend at short notice. In this instance, and if your booking is affected by such events, Ballerz management will endeavour to contact you to discuss reimbursement of some form, at their discretion.

Understanding Our Policies:


Compliance with Guidelines: While on our premises, you must abide by the policies and procedures established by BALLERZ. These are prominently displayed, including our Game Rules, and are essential for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons.


Age Restrictions: We welcome guests under the age of 18, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult aged at least 18.

Check-in Procedure: Upon arrival for your game, please use our terminals to confirm your agreement with these terms, conditions, and any applicable rules or procedures. It’s essential to arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled kick-off time. If you anticipate being late, please notify us promptly to explore alternative arrangements.

Filming and Photography: As a condition of using our premises and technology, all guests are subject to filming. You have the option to consent to being filmed and for footage to be shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Parental consent is required for guests under 18. Photography or filming for personal use is permitted, but commercial use is prohibited.

Compliance with Legal Requirements: Please ensure compliance with any legal check-in requirements in effect during your visit. Failure to provide requested information may result in refusal of entry.

Consequences of Misconduct: We reserve the right to take appropriate action if your behavior or the behavior of those under your supervision violates our terms, policies, or procedures. This may include temporary or permanent withdrawal of services, legal proceedings, or involvement of law enforcement authorities. Please refer to our code of conduct here.


How We Confirm Your Booking: The moment we send you a written booking confirmation, your order for a game is accepted, and a contract is established between you and Project Goals Ltd under the BALLERZ brand. These terms apply to all bookings, regardless of how they’re made—whether in person, online, or via phone. Upon accepting your order, we’ll provide you with a booking reference number. For smooth communication regarding your booking, please reference this number in any correspondence with us.

Handling Booking Challenges: In instances where we’re unable to process your booking request—due to full bookings at your desired time, or if discrepancies in service pricing or descriptions are discovered—we will not send a booking confirmation but will promptly inform you of the inability to fulfill your request. You will not be charged for services not received. To ensure availability, we advise booking as early as possible. Although we accept walk-ins, we cannot guarantee immediate accommodation if we’re at full capacity or fully booked. However, we strive to welcome guests to other areas of our premises when game boxes are unavailable. Please note, the availability of our services and premises cannot be guaranteed.




Our digital platforms, including the BALLERZ technology under Project Goals Limited, are accessible without charge. However, we cannot assure continuous or uninterrupted availability. Operational demands may necessitate the temporary suspension, withdrawal, or limitation of our technology, and we will endeavor to notify you in advance of such changes when feasible.

Third-party websites linked from our platforms are not under our control, and we hold no responsibility for their content. Links provided are for informational purposes only, without endorsement from us unless explicitly stated.

We encourage responsible engagement with our technology, particularly when posting content such as player profiles or nicknames. The content you add, including player information, is not verified or approved by us, and does not reflect our views or values. If you have concerns about content posted by others, please reach out to us. We reserve the right to remove content that we believe does not meet our standards or is deemed offensive.

Our platforms may not be immune to viruses or other malicious software, and we cannot guarantee complete security. It is your responsibility to safeguard your technology infrastructure, including the use of virus protection software.


By using our technology, you agree to the following: (i) not to reproduce, duplicate, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to exploit our technology, premises, or facilities against these terms; (ii) not to create derivative works from our technology; (iii) not to interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of our technology, premises, or facilities; (iv) to refrain from introducing harmful or malicious software, and from attempting unauthorized access to our technology, premises, or facilities.


You are permitted to link to our homepage, provided the link is fair, legal, and does not harm or exploit our reputation. Such linking should not imply any false association, approval, or endorsement on our part. You must not link from a website that you do not own, nor frame our site on any other site, or link to any part of our site other than the homepage without our express permission, which may be revoked at any time without notice.



The cost of our services, inclusive of VAT, adheres to our current price list as of your booking date. For specifics, please consult our technology platform. While we strive for accuracy in our service pricing, we occasionally offer discounts or promotions, detailed on our technology platform. Despite our diligence, there might be instances of pricing discrepancies.


Should there be a change in the VAT rate between your booking and the service delivery date, your VAT payment will be adjusted accordingly, except if the service has been paid for in full prior to the VAT rate change.


Handling Pricing Errors: Despite our careful pricing strategy, it’s possible that a service may be incorrectly priced. We usually verify prices during the booking process, ensuring that if the accurate price is different from the one quoted, the lower amount will be charged. If a pricing error is clear, unmistakable, and could have been reasonably identified by you as such, we reserve the right to terminate the contract, issue a refund for any payments made, and refrain from providing the service.


Payment for games and/or boxes is required at the time of booking, except for event bookings, which are covered in section 12 (Events). Payments for food and beverages can be made upon ordering, or you may be offered the option to open a tab, payable at the end of your visit. We accept payments via credit and debit card among other methods listed on our technology platform. Please note that we are a cashless venue.

If you believe there is an error on your receipt, please inform us promptly. Disputes will be resolved without interest charges. Once settled, interest on correctly billed amounts will accrue from the original payment due date.



If you or anyone in your group has any allergies or specific dietary needs, please inform our team both when you make your reservation and upon your arrival at our location.


Our facility features flashing lights and sound effects. Visitors with epilepsy or sensitivities to light and sound should notify us prior to their visit.


Participation in the games requires physical fitness and the ability to engage in sports activities. By booking a game, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participating in the game.


All minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. If you are not the minor’s parent or legal guardian, you must ensure that the parent or guardian is fully aware of and agrees to these terms and conditions before making a booking.


At Project Goal Ltd, the safety and wellbeing of our guests are our top priorities. We expect all visitors to act responsibly during their time with us. Project Goal Ltd’s management reserves the right to refuse service or eject any individual from the premises if they are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, behaving violently or disruptively, causing a nuisance, or committing any criminal or civil offenses.


We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone at our discretion and may conduct security screenings upon entry.


All guests use our facilities and equipment at their own risk. It is imperative to follow any health, safety, or security instructions given by our staff.


Our staff, known as “Playmakers,” will explain the “Rules of the Game” before you start, and these rules are also displayed at the reception and throughout our facility.


To ensure safety during the game, all participants are required to wear appropriate trainers for football. Trainers can be rented on-site at the Boot Room. We reserve the right to refuse the use of footwear deemed unsafe for gameplay.


Even with appropriate footwear, playing with footballs, especially multiple ones, poses inherent risks. Participants are urged to control the balls carefully and avoid kicking them irresponsibly.


You are responsible for your choice of footwear and attire. Project Goal Ltd cannot be held liable for any damage to your clothing, footwear, or personal belongings.

If you lose any personal items at our venue, please contact us at contact@ballerz.co.uk Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for your personal belongings and should not leave them unattended.


Adhere to all health and safety instructions provided by our staff, including but not limited to evacuation procedures, to ensure everyone’s safety during your visit.

At BALLERZ, a trademark of Project Goals Limited, we uphold the integrity of our brand and intellectual property. Please note the following regarding the use of our trademarks and intellectual property:

Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights associated with the services, our Technology, and the material published on them are owned by us or our licensors. This includes copyright protections and other intellectual property rights under applicable laws and treaties worldwide. You must acknowledge our status as the authors of content on any part of our Technology. Use of our Technology or its content for commercial purposes without obtaining written permission from us or our licensors is strictly prohibited.

License Grant:

We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to utilize our intellectual property rights solely for the purpose of accessing and using the services and our Technology. You are not authorized to sublicense, assign, or transfer these rights to any third party.

Permitted Usage:

You may print or download extracts of pages from our website for personal use only. However, you must not alter or modify any materials in any way, and you must not use illustrations, photographs, videos, audio sequences, or graphics separately from accompanying text. Commercial use of our materials requires prior written consent from us or our licensors.

Consequences of Breach:
