Monday – Sunday 8am – Midnight
What do I wear to play football on the pitch?
We ask that all players wear shin pads! Bring your own kit, and remember to check out our range of Ballerz kits in our shop.
How long will my game be?
1 hour pitch time includes 50 minutes of game play.
Is there a minimum group size to play?
Not for our pitch hire, but we do recommend 6-a-side plus subs and don’t forget to bring your fans for the bleachers!
Are you open to under 18’s?
Yes we are – every player welcome!
We want to just visit to eat and drink and not play, can we do this?
Yes – please swing by and see us, and kick back to watch the games.
Do you have to have a booking to come in?
No, bookings are always preferred to guarantee your space but we also welcome walk-ins.
Is there parking available at Bluewater?
Yes and the best part is – it’s free!
Do I need to bring ID?
You don’t have to over 18 to enter but if you wish to purchase alcohol whilst inside and are lucky enough to look under 25 then be sure to bring your ID to avoid disappointment.
Do you have a cloakroom?
No, however lockers are available, free of charge.
Does the venue have wheelchair access?
Yes, all parts of the venue are accessible.
Can I bring my dog?
We love our furry friends, but would ask that you leave them at home for your visit to Ballerz. Assistance dogs are welcome.

Lost property
Lost property will be held on site for up to 1 month at the venue, contact us via email or phone.
What time do you serve food?
The Ballerz Cafe is open from 8am, how food will be available daily from 10am un till 11pm for last orders.
What are the opening times of the bar?
The bar will be open daily from 11am. Special event days may be subject to change. Check out our website for more detail.

No
Can I bring my own food and drink to the venue?
No – we kindly ask you to purchase our own range of food and drinks
Some members of my group have allergens, what is your process to safeguard against this?
Please inform a member of stage of any allergy and dietary requirement upon arrival and ordering food and drink.
How old do children have to be for a kid’s party?
We offer kids packages and parties for all ages – come on in!
Can we bring a cake to a kid’s party?
Please see our party packages, where we can cater for cakes and deserts, we would provide this.
